Did You Know?
In addition to the retreats and programs offered by our Spiritual Growth staff, the Jesuit Center for Spiritual Growth welcomes Catholic and other ecumenical groups who are looking for a beautiful setting to conduct their own group meetings.
Take, Lord, and receive all my liberty,
my memory, my understanding
and my entire will,
All I have and call my own.
You have given all to me.
To you, Lord, I return it.
Everything is yours; do with it what you will.
Give me only your love and your grace,
That is enough for me.
—St. Ignatius of Loyola
Deborah Kirlin joined the Center staff in June, 2017 as Assistant Registrar. With a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language and a career as a private language consultant in industry and most recently as a Professor at Ohio University, Deb is very happy to have made this major change in her career from teaching international speakers of English to serving the local and regional community by welcoming visitors and retreatants to this incredibly beautiful, peaceful, spiritual retreat center. Her community activities include being a long-time volunteer with the Hay Creek Valley Historical Association and a member of the World Affairs Council of Greater Reading. Deb has three grown children and a grandson.
