Did You Know?

In addition to the retreats and programs offered by our Spiritual Growth staff, the Jesuit Center for Spiritual Growth welcomes Catholic and other ecumenical groups who are looking for a beautiful setting to conduct their own group meetings.

Take, Lord, and receive all my liberty,

my memory, my understanding

and my entire will,

All I have and call my own.

You have given all to me.

To you, Lord, I return it.

Everything is yours; do with it what you will.

Give me only your love and your grace,

That is enough for me.

—St. Ignatius of Loyola

"You were created to make a unique contribution to the great evolutionary project initiated and ontinually supported by God, namely bringing all creation together into one magnificent conscious loving union… For this, God empowers you to grow in passionate love and care for all elements of the cosmos, since they, as you, all live and move and have their being in God’s love." – Louis Savary, The New Spiritual Exercises: In the Spirit of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

Jesuit Center staff members Frank Kaminski, SJ and Anita Wood will lead a day of reflection inviting gatherers to ponder and pray with the wisdom of Teilhard de Chardin, 20th century Jesuit scientist and mystic, in a way that integrates and honors matter and spirit, science and faith, and that helps with discernment of our unique role in bringing God's Beloved Community to birth.

Arrival: 9:00 – 9:30 AM. The program will begin at 9:30 AM and will include input from Fr. Kaminski and Anita Wood, opportunities for quiet prayer and reflection, Mass, and lunch.  The program will conclude at 3:30 PM.

Cost: $50 ($25 non-refundable deposit)
